Overview
KIND Bloom is one component of a 3-part base nutrient from one of the USA’s favourite nutrient manufacturers. The Botanicare KIND range combines high-grade minerals with soluble organics and natural growth stimulants to form comprehensive base nutrients that deliver rapid growth, vibrant health and killer yields.
Usage:
Using Coco Coir or Reverse Osmosis water? Simply increase the base to increase your calcium levels. Kind is ideal for Coco Coir based media, RO Water, and plant types that require high levels of calcium and nitrogen. Using Clay Pebbles, Rockwool or hard water where less calcium is needed? It’s as easy as reducing the amount of base you use. Simply manipulating the level of Kind Base allows you to precisely control the levels of both calcium and nitrogen to meet the specific needs of whatever Kind you grow.
Use during all phases of growth. Nutrient solution pH should be adjusted after mixing. Never mix concentrated amounts of Kind Grow/Bloom and Base, pre-dilute before blending together. If growing in nutrient fortified potting soil reduce application rate by 25%. Flush as needed to remove excess salts. Shake well before each use.
Can be used with Rhizo Blast, Silica Blast, Pure Blend Tea, Hydroguard, and it is suitable for hydro systems, container gardens, and soil applications.

The Science
How the KIND range works
The KIND range of nutrients has been tested and developed over a period of 15 years, factoring in feedback from top US growers and some of the greatest minds in the industry. It’s no exaggeration to say that Botanicare is one of the most prominent fertiliser ranges in America, and KIND base nutrients are among their star products.
KIND Base
KIND Base is particularly rich in nitrogen and calcium, which allows users to increase levels of these important macronutrients (and secondary macronutrients) without causing imbalances. Having the ability to play around with nitrogen levels carries lots of benefits during the vegetative stages when plants need greater proportions of N to sustain healthy growth.
Calcium will need to be used in varying quantities depending on the levels found in tap water, but when dosed correctly will boost flowering sites while improving overall plant health by strengthening individual cell walls. Calcium also helps to transport other nutrients around the plant, making better use of the nutrition contained in KIND and the additives in the Botanicare range.

KIND Grow
The combination of KIND Grow and KIND Base delivers a profile of nutrients that are tailor-made for the vegetative stage, promoting rapid growth and vigorous health at one of the most important periods in a plant’s life cycle. What you achieve during veg lays the foundations for what goes on later on, so it’s important to get it right.

KIND Bloom
Formulated to squeeze as much performance out of plants as possible during the bloom phase, KIND Bloom increases the density of flower clusters early on, which lays the foundations for bigger and better fruits further down the line. KIND Bloom also contains a generous dose of magnesium, which plays a vital role in the process of photosynthesis, forming a component of chlorophyll, the green pigment that allows plants to utilise light energy.

BOTANICARE HISTORY – 20 YEARS AND STILL GROWING.
Treg Bradley is passionate about plant cultivation. In 1992, his hobby bloomed into a career when he opened a store in Tempe, Arizona called “Sea of Green”, which catered to Hydrogardening enthusiasts and provided everything from hydroponics equipment to organic nutrient solutions.
AN EXPERIMENTAL PLANT NUTRIENT.
Treg’s expanding nutrient knowledge and sheer desire to provide customers with the best products on the market were driving factors in creating what would eventually become Botanicare. As part of an experimental new approach to address the needs of local growers, he developed a unique organic plant supplement that he called Pure Blend. He literally brewed it in the back room of his store and gave Pure Blend to several of his favourite customers, asking them to give it a try. His customers were encouraged to return to the store with empty bottles to get refills – and they did in droves. After rave reviews, he bottled it with the name Pure Blend Original and began to sell it.
As demand for Pure Blend grew retailers began to contact Treg to see if they could order Pure Blend for their stores. Encouraged by the success of Pure Blend, he developed an additional product line called Pure Blend Pro.
By 1996 Sea of Green opened two additional stores in Arizona and the success of the Pure Blend line inspired Bradley to focus his efforts solely on developing new products. He sold the Sea of Green stores and incorporated American Agritech in Tempe, Arizona and launched its primary product line: Botanicare.
